CD Projekt seems to also be refunding digital copies of Cyberpunk 2077 bought via digital download codes at retail.

Expect more, as we will update frequently whenever new improvements are ready. The deadline for requesting a refund was December 21, 2020. The first round of updates has just been released and the next one is coming within the next 7 days.
